Steps :
1. You need to request a valid account to IBV in order to submit a new ticket
2. Click on the link "Login" to submit a new ticket
3. In case you have a registered IBV Active Directory account, you can click
on the link in the bottom of the page "Are you a customer? Login here".
You will be redirected to the IBV Sign in page.
Enter your IBV user and password into this page.
4. In case you have an IBV registered FreshDesk account not linked to Active Directory,
enter your email details in the field "Your e-mail address" and password
Click LOGIN button to enter login.
